Welcome to iTools ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website (itools.click) and any of our web-based tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

iTools provides a collection of client-side processing tools including but not limited to PDF utilities, calculators, image editors, security tools, text utilities, developer tools, unit converters, and network tools. All tools operate locally within your web browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly technologies.

2.1 Client-Side Processing

All tools process data entirely on your device. We do not have servers that receive, store, or process your files, images, text, or any other data you input into our tools. Once you close your browser tab, all temporary data is automatically cleared.

2.2 No Account Required

iTools does not require user accounts, registrations, or logins. We do not collect usernames, passwords, or any authentication credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Any content you process, upload, or generate using iTools tools
• Ensuring that your use of iTools complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Protecting your own device and data from potential security threats
• Not using iTools for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Not attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our tools

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The iTools name, logo, website design, code, and original content are owned by iTools and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute substantial portions of our code or design

However, you are free to use the tools for personal, educational, or commercial purposes. Any output generated by our tools (e.g., compressed images, formatted JSON, generated QR codes) belongs to you.

ITOOLS PROVIDES ITS SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
